In an attempt to cleanse my bod a bit after my San Diego sugar binge, I decided to try grapefruit again. I have never liked grapefruit because they are just far too tangy for me.
I cut it in half, drizzled honey on top and broiled it until it looked a bit carmelized. I think it is quite pretty.
It was a bust. I still dislike the taste of grapefruit, but the honey cut the tang a bit - enough for me to eat it up! If you're a fan of the fruit, I would highly suggest the honey broiled fun.
