I Have Always Wondered....

...what being in love feels like. It seems like a good, nice thing in movies but I really have no idea.

(Please do not put your personal love story in my comments section. Your descriptions can do nothing to help my understanding. Thank you.)

Well Josh and I met.....ha ha j/k!!:) Being in love is NOT like the movies portray; don't get me wrong - it's great, but hello who makes out first thing in the morning?? Ever heard of morning breath? Ok that is all I am going to say.

That was very insightful Erica. It actually is true though.

Well, I've always figured that relationships are like (excuse this visual) . . . taking a crap. Some are just more satisfying than others.

I often wonder the same thing but hope I haven't wait too long to find out and now it's too late.

I've often felt like I have known what love is like...but I am still single. Which makes me wonder, was that really love? And if it was, why wasn't it returned?

Someone famous once wrote that her relationship with her spouse were "Periods of not being in love sprinkled with moments of being in love." My brain is so full of holes that I can't remember who wrote it, lol! But anyway, I would have to say that sums up my marriage. Maybe that makes my marriage doomed. Idk. LOL

My cousin compares being in love with a testimony; how you have to struggle to keep a testimony burning, the same happens with love. At the time I thought the analogy was funny, but I can see how that would be.
